Abstract: 

Purpose: This article gives a definition of Science Map, reviews domestic and global Science Map researches to introduce the criteria and mythology of such researches. Methodology: This article tries to find the theories, techniques, methods, and leaders of the Science Mapping based on documentary research and literature review. Findings: Visual researches and representations of Science have been practiced for over five decades in scientometrics studies in the world; yet in Iran, it was commenced less than a decade. Despite using various techniques and survey researches, citation analysis method has been maintained its position as an accepted method for drawing the Maps. Most of recent researches and studies in this area are common in using a six-stage process that begins with citation gathering, although the analysis unit can vary. Findings: These types of researches have been conducted in macro level in other countries while they have been done in micro level in Iran. In these kinds of researches, technique-oriented approach is surpassed to theory-oriented approach. Conclusion: the study revealed that books and other print materials are prior in use. Hence, use of Internet is increasing.

Abstract: 

Aim: COVID-19 is an epidemic that affects the entire world. This study was conducted at the beginning of 2021 with the aim of scientometrically drawing a Map of COVID 19 in the Web of Science Information Database. Methods: The present applied research is of quantitative type and has been done by Scientometric method. This study was conducted in April 2021 using the Web of Science database. The sample population is all existing and related documents in the field of COVID in the database, which uses 101466 related keyword extraction and Scientometric analysis and illustration analysis using Excel and VOSviewer Software. Results: According to the information obtained, the publication of articles related to this issue has an upward trend. Most documents are in English and the United States is the largest producer of documents in this field. The most active authors are anonymous with 754 degrees and BMJ British Medical Journal magazine with 1363 titles, is the core and main magazine in COVID 19. This topic has 442 hot paper articles and 1966 highly cited article titles. Conclusion: This study provides an overview of COVID in the Web of Science Information Database that can be a guide and roadMap for researchers and the scientific audience.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of the present research is to investigate and identify semantic relationships, Map the development of knowledge, and create a network of thematic documents produced in the field of moral education indexed in the Web of Science database between 2000 and 2018. Methodology: It is an applied-descriptive research method that was carried out using scientometric techniques and the method of vocabulary co-occurrence analysis and network analysis. The keywords of the articles were used as research data. It will be the statistical population of the research was collected from the Web of Science database and by using the keyword "moral education" in the advanced search strategy with the command code TI=moral education** NOT**TS=morality education**NOT TI=ethics education, which includes 991 articles. was that the word "moral education" is used in the title. The data was cleaned, normalized, standardized, and structured in the next step. To extract keywords from Bibexcel software, to edit data and draw a strategic diagram from Excel software, to create a matrix from Ravar PreMap software, to draw a tree diagram from SPSS 22 software, to calculate centrality, correlation matrix and draw a multi-dimensional scaling Map from the software UCINet 6 and VOSviewer software was used to illustrate the Maps. Findings: This research has shown that out of a total of 1982 words identified during the study period in the field of moral education, 1213 words were used jointly or exclusively in the documents found. The keyword "university education" has the highest frequency with 55 repetitions. The words "education" and "values" had the highest co-occurrence with a frequency of 5. After these two words, "students' ideology", "education** moral development", "university education** moral development" and "university education** humanization" have the highest co-occurrences of 5, 4, 3, and 3 respectively. Are. The results of the cluster analysis showed that the field of moral education consists of 10 clusters: "Care and Justice", "Business Ethics", "School and Children's Maturity", "Behavior of Minors in Kindergarten", "Sex Education", and "Ethical Education".-Medicine", "Challenges of Physical Education", "Citizenship Education and Training", "Social Values" and "Human Virtues-Mythology" with the highest concentration related to cluster 2 "Business Ethics" and the highest concentration related to Cluster 5 "Education" It has been sexual. The drawing of the strategic diagram showed that cluster 5 "sex education" is located in dimension 1 due to its high density and internal connection, which are very well developed. Cluster 3 "school and children's maturity" and cluster 8 "citizenship education" are located in dimension 2 of the strategic diagram, they are not central, but they have the possibility of development. Also, cluster 1 "care and justice", cluster 2 "business ethics", cluster 4 "behavior of minors in kindergarten", cluster 6 "moral-medical education", cluster 7 "challenges of physical education" and cluster 9 "social values" Next, there are 3 strategic charts that are emerging. Conclusion: In this research, the field of moral education was investigated using the methods of synonym analysis and social network analysis using articles indexed in the web-Science database between 2000 and 2018. The results of the cluster analysis showed that the researches in the field of moral education in the desired period are from 10 clusters, which are "care and justice", "business ethics", "school and children's maturity", "behavior of minors in kindergarten", "Sex education", "Medical Ethics Education", "Challenges of Physical Education", "Citizenship Education", "Social Values" and "Human Characteristics-Mythology" were formed. Drawing the steering diagram based on the relationships between the words that make up the clusters revealed other hidden angles of it. In recent years, the field of moral education has focused on the topics that are applied in educational courses, but still, responsible organizations do not invest in this type of issue, which is consistent with past research. Therefore, the field of moral education emphasizes citizenship education in the education system for society to benefit from moral judgment and stability of human values and virtues. Therefore, based on the results of this research, experts in this field should pay attention to all the needs of the members of society and human society.

Abstract: 

Information and communication technology is increasingly important to the Science development, because the application and development of different tools of information and communication technology helps the accumulation, recombination, and innovation of knowledge capital. The findings of this research show that there are significant correlations between the information and communication technology and Science development indicators in the countries. Also the correlations between information and communication technology and Science development indicators are shown by a cognitive Map. Cognitive Maps can be used as useful tools for recognition, description and modeling of the complex systems. There are positive high significant correlations between internet users, international internet bandwidth and information and communication technology expenditures with journal articles and patents. In the other hand, there are inadequate information and communication technology indicators in Iran. These issues can bring about problems in achieving the goals of the Science and technology expressed in Iran’s twenty-year vision plan. Hence, to achieve the first rank in the Science and technology in the region, we need to provide and develop the required infrastructures as one of the important infrastructures is information and communication technology which is necessary to be paid more attention.

Abstract: 

The idea that Science is objective, or able to achieve objectivity, is in large part responsible for the role that Science plays within society. But what is objectivity? The idea of objectivity is ambiguous. This paper distinguishes between three basic forms of objectivity. The first form of objectivity is ontological objectivity: the world as it is in itself does not depend upon what we think about it; it is independent of human thought, language, conceptual activity or experience. The second form of objectivity is the objectivity of truth: truth does not depend upon what we believe or justifiably believe; truth depends upon the way reality itself is. The third form of objectivity is epistemic objectivity: this form of objectivity resides in the scientific method which ensures that subjective factors are excluded, and only epistemically relevant factors play a role in scientific inquiry. The paper considers two problems that arise for the notion of epistemic objectivity: the theory-dependence of observation and the variability of the methods of Science. It is argued that the use of shared standard procedures ensures the objectivity of observation despite theory-dependence. It is argued that the variability of methods need not lead to an epistemic relativism about Science. The paper concludes with the realist suggestion that the best explanation of the success of the Sciences is that the methods employed in the Sciences are highly reliable truth-conducive tools of inquiry. The objectivity of the methods of the Sciences leads to the objective truth about the objective world.

Abstract: 

One of the teaching - learning strategies that facilitates meaningful learning among students and represents the hierarchically relationships among students matters is the conceptual Map. The present research is prepared on studious findings, and in this research investigated the degree of proficiency of using the conceptual Map in remembrance, comprehension and application of the concepts of the experimental Sciences. For this, a Semi-empirical plan with a pretest and posttest was used. The population is the sixth grade Khoy male students in the academic year 2013-2014. Four classes selected in purposeful sample way (2 classes for experiment, 2 classes for control group), the material which presented for control group was presented with common ways and for experiment group the material was presented with the conceptual Map. For measuring the effect of the use of the conceptual Map on achievement tests with the accepted validity and reliability criteria were used. For data analysis, multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) and univariate analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used. The findings of this research in comparison to the common ways represents that the education which consists of the conceptual Map had a positive effect on the students grades in comprehension and application, but it was not effective in remembrance. In sum, the use of the conceptual Map had a positive result on student’s achievement in the experimental Sciences.

Abstract: 

Policy, Science, and innovation policy indicators are important to provide the information needed to support evidence-based policy, as well as to provide effective monitoring and evaluation capabilities for policies. Also, due to the great complexity of the system of Science, technology and innovation, designing a comprehensive model for policy-making in this area is one of the major concerns of policy makers and decision makers. The main purpose of this study is to design a linking model between the factors affecting the appropriate policy-making of the phenomenon of Science, technology and innovation, as well as how the factors affect. By comprehensively reviewing the research background, a conceptual framework was extracted from the effective and shaping factors of Science, technology and innovation policy. The current status and importance of these factors were questioned using a 56-item questionnaire. Using the data obtained from the questionnaire and SPSS software, Pearson simple correlation matrix was extracted and used as input of FCMapper software. Then, by entering the output of FCMapper software in Pajek software, a fuzzy cognitive Map is drawn. According to the obtained results, the employment factor in the field of policy-making was identified as the most important factor among other factors. Finally, the most important forward and backward scenarios for Science, technology and innovation policy-making in the Science and technology corridor of Yazd province are examined.
